  • Sapphire Counseling provides online and in-person therapy to teenagers, young adults, and adults.

  • Sapphire Counseling currently accepts Anthem, BCBS, Sentara Health (previously Optima), Aetna, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare.

  • Yes. The self-pay rate for each session is $95. There is not a sliding scale option at this time.

  • Right now, there is only one, Hannah. Sapphire Counseling as the goal of expanding at the end of 2024.

  • Please complete the Interested Client form and Hannah will follow up with you by email and text message with additional information, including session availability.

  • Sapphire Counseling is part of the Bloom Coworking space in Olde Towne Portsmouth. Bloom is located at 719 High Street in Portsmouth.
